Melts are posted out within 48 hours of the order being confirmed. Other products are made to order such as reed diffusers, car diffusers, carpet fresh and aroma beads and they are sent within 7 days of ordering. This is due to the length of time it takes for the products to be ready once made.
3. Missing in Transit
If your order goes missing in transit, we will make a full investigation with Royal Mail, or our nominated courier. Please only contact us if it has been 10 days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, as before this time our delivery partners will not open an investigation.
We cannot be held accountable for any items which have gone missing, or have not arrived due to the customer providing an incorrect address or postcode. Items will only be posted out to the address provided at the time of ordering.
Please be advised that while we are still in the midst of a global pandemic, delivery services are taking a lot longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
4. Returns Policy
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, please do contact us to discuss a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, we will usually require for you to return the item to us. This will allow us to fully inspect and investigate any problems which may have occurred.
All products (excluding faulty items) must be in the original condition. Original condition means that the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you. The refund policy also excludes any custom made items
We are unable to offer refunds on any wax melts which have been damaged in transit, as this will not affect their use.
Refunds are not applicable to sale items or sample bars
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship outside of the UK
5. Collection Orders
When your order is ready, you will receive a completion email which may go into your junk folder. When you have received the email, please contact us either via Facebook, email or phone to arrange collection. As we are still based at a residential address at this time, it is not possible to just turn up to collect, prior arrangements must be made (email@example.com 07525 940558) Collections are not available between 11.30am-2.00pm, or after 6pm unless at least one hours notice is given before these times.
